Through out her life, Gloria was a homemaker, stay-at-mother and babysitter. She loved watching soap operas and true crime. She enjoyed listening to police stories and reading True Detective Magazine.
Gloria was preceded in death by her parents; son, Clinton "Duane" Smith; brother, Ralph Holloway; and her life partner of almost 40 years, Gene Cooper. She is survived by her son, Richard Muecke and wife Rosemary; 5 grandchildren; and sister, Lora Foster.
