Gwendolyn Williams was born in Conroe, Texas on February 21, 1965, to parents Billy and Juanita Williams. She leaves this world to join her mother Juanita, brother Billy E. Williams, Jr. and niece Jaci Polan.
She is survived by her father Billy Williams; children Brittany Pichotta (husband Kolby Pichotta) and Slade Williams; grandchildren Trever and Harper Pichotta; siblings Rachelle Polan (husband Mike) and Cathy White. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and other extended family members.
Gwen worked for a long time at the Montgomery County Sherriff's Department and most recently, she loved to help teach the preschool children at Lone Star Cowboy Church. Her church family was a huge support to her in these past few months.
Pallbearers for the service will be Trever Pichotta, Kolby Pichotta, Blaine Polan, Kodey Pichotta, Jerry Simmons, Slade Williams, and Darwin Tomplait. Honorary pallbearers will be Mason Smith, Chris Smith, and Konnor Polan.
A visitation will take place on Wednesday, July 9, 2025, from 9:00 – 11:00 AM at Union Grove Baptist Church in Richards, Texas. Services will start at 11:00 AM and a burial will follow at Pool Cemetery. The family invites everyone to a meal at the church after the graveside service.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to New Century Hospice and especially her hospice nurse, Sara Davis, that took the best care of Gwen and cared for her like family.
