Harold Wayne Lillie, Jr., lovingly known as Charlie by his friends and family, passed away at his home in Uhrichsville, Ohio at the age of 57, and was happily reunited with his fiancée, Marcella "Beanie" Hankins, who preceded him in death. Born November 24, 1967 in Dennison, Ohio, he was a son of Harold Wayne Lillie, Sr. of Uhrichsville and the late Darlene Marie (Williams) Lillie.

A member of Claymont High School's class of 1986, Charlie was a lifelong area resident who had a long career in the local gas and oil industry. He will be remembered for his amazing ability to figure out mechanical challenges and fix absolutely anything. In his younger years, he loved fishing and spending time with his family, having enjoyed many happy times together at cookouts.

In addition to his father, Harold Lillie, Charlie leaves behind his children, Charlie (Kiesha) Beatty, Chawna Beatty, Craig (Desi) Beatty, and Chris Beatty; stepchildren, Chad (Amanda) Beatty, Catrina Beatty, and Andrew (Taren) Herron; grandchildren, Brycen, Braylee, Carson, and Cai; siblings, Kimberly (Mike) Voshall and Kevin Lillie; and a number of nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a stepson, Ross Best, as well as his fiancée, Beanie, and mother, Darlene Lillie.

According to his wishes, cremation is planned without a public visitation. A celebration of his life will be held on a future date.
