Harriet Ann House, 68, passed away on Monday, July 7, 2025. She was born in Union County, NC on June 2, 1957, daughter of the late William Wayne House and Mary Ann Leonard House.
Ms. Harriet House was preceded in death by her Father Wayne House and Mother Mary Ann House of Monroe, NC. Harriet was an active member of St Luke's Lutheran Church of Monroe NC where she devoted her time singing in the church choir and playing hand bells. When she wasn't singing at her church, you could find her scrapbooking church milestones & local events.
Ms. Harriet House is survived by her two sisters; Mary Katherine Myers, husband Henry Myers; Janet Hinson, husband Nelson Hinson.
She is also survived by three nephews & two nieces; Chuck Myers, Jeff Myers (wife Amanda) Drew Myers (wife Lindsey) Natalie Hinson (Marty Clanton) & Haley Hinson Clanton (husband Trevor).
Eight great-nieces & great-nephews; Trey Myers, Ava Myers, Parker Myers, Trevor Myers, Hudson Myers, Lyla Myers, Eleanor Clanton & Adeline Clanton.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00PM on Wedneday, July 9, 2025, St Luke's Lutheran Church, 909 Circle Dr. Monroe, NC 28112, burial will follow at Lakeland Memorial Park. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 1:00PM until 1:45PM in the fellowship hall.
Memorials may be made to St. Luke's Lutheran Church.
