Hector Huereque Obituary

Hector Vasquez Huereque of San Simon passed away at home Wednesday afternoon July 2, 2025, at the age of 56. He was born in Delicias, Chihuahua, Mexico on February 11, 1969, to Hector Vasquez and Rosalia Huereque. Hector was a farm foreman for FICO pecan farms. In October of 2001 in Deming, New Mexico he married Maria Nieto Martinez who survives him. He is also survived by his children Jesus Enrique Vasquez, Claudia Salas, Hector Vasquez, Elizabeth Vasquez and Priscilla Vasquez along with his grandchildren Azucena Arroyo, Irbin Salas and Edgar Anchondo, Jr. His siblings Mario Vasquez, Elizabeth Vasquez, Francisco Huereque, Sonia Gomez and Marisela Saenz also survive him. His parents preceded him in death. Funeral services will be 2:00 pm on Saturday, July 19, 2025, at Westlawn Chapel. Cremation will follow.
