Hendrik Raranta Obituary

Hendrik was born in Manado, Indonesia on November 7, 1936. He moved to New York City in the United States in 1972. He became a member of the Indonesian Pioneer SDA Church in New Jersey in December 1991. He enjoyed traveling, going on walks, and fishing.
He is predeceased by his parents Hein Raranta and Noni Sengke.
He is survived by his wife Adriana Raranta-Mawuntu; his daughter, Michelle Raranta of Highland Park, NJ; his son, Henry Raranta Jr. and his wife Ashley Raranta of Cleveland, TN; and his granddaughter, Lily Raranta.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 7, 2025 from 6 to 7pm followed by a Funeral Home Service at 7pm at Costello-Runyon Funeral Home, 568 Middlesex Ave., Metuchen.
Another brief viewing will be held on Tuesday, July 8, 2025 from 11am to 12pm at Costello-Runyon Funeral Home followed by the interment at 1pm at Clover Leaf Memorial Park, Woodbridge.
