Cedar Creek
Mr. Henry George Koehler, III, of Cedar Creek, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, June 28, 2025 at his home surrounded by his family.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM Thursday, July 3, 2025 at Cedar Creek Baptist Church. The burial will follow in the church cemetery.
George was a native of New York. He was the son of Henry George Koehler Jr and Levaughn Bowen Koehler. He was preceded in death by his Parents and his beloved wife, Eloise Evers Koehler. He was a U.S Army veteran and a farmer.
He is survived by his beloved daughter, Sylvia Koehler, and his son, H. George Koehler, IV; and his brothers, Charles "Chuck" Tracy Koehler & wife, Becky and James "Jimmy" Henry Koehler & wife, Shirley. He also leaves behind several cherished nieces and nephews, dear neighbors and friends, and many adopted family members.
The family would especially like to thank the caregivers with Amedisys Health Care and A Primary Choice for their care and support they showed to George during his sickness.
