Lisbon - Herbert May, age 74, of Lisbon, died on Friday, October 10, 2025, at Mercy Health St. Elizabeth Boardman Hospital, Boardman.

He was born on November 4, 1950, in East Palestine, OH, son of the late Wilbert and Sarah Wonner May.

Herbert was a graduate of East Palestine High School and had worked as an electrician for over thirty years, retiring in 2020 from Graft Electric. He was a man of Christian faith who could accomplish anything he set his mind to. As a younger man, Herbert competed in team penning at the rodeo. His hobbies grew over the years to include golfing, bowling and drag racing at Quaker City Dragway. Herbert also enjoyed camping with his beloved wife Lolly. He will be deeply missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him.

Herbert was preceded in death by two sisters, Sarah Jane McIntosh and Anna Jean Robb, and by a brother, Charles May.
