In Loving Memory of Ida Louise McKeown, July 7, 1951 - June 22, 2025

Ida Louise McKeown, a devoted wife, loving mother, and woman of unwavering Catholic faith, passed peacefully into the arms of her Savior on June 22, 2025, surrounded by her beloved family. She was 73 years old.

Born in Twin Falls, Idaho, Ida was raised in a home where faith, family, and tradition were the cornerstones of life. A lifelong Catholic, she lived each day with grace, compassion, and a servant's heart. Her faith was the guiding light in all she did-whether volunteering at her parish, praying the Rosary daily, or offering kind words.

Ida's greatest joy was her family. She shared 54 beautiful years of marriage with her husband and true love, Thomas James McKeown, Jr. Their bond was a testament to selfless love and partnership, rooted in faith and strengthened by time. Together they raised four children-Lari, Jeanne', Sean, and Rian-who carry forward her legacy of love, devotion, and deep-rooted faith.

She found delight in family dinners, Sunday Mass, and every quiet moment spent holding her grandchildren. Her gentle spirit, warm hugs, and thoughtful prayers will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Ida is survived by her soulmate and loving husband Thomas; her four children and their spouses, her nine cherished grandchildren, and her 4 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Mary Lou Fairchild, and her brother, Jim Fairchild.
