Izaac Perez Obituary

Eastland – Funeral Services for Izaac Lawrenzo Perez, 14, will be held on Monday, April 29, 2024 at 10:00a.m. at Edwards Funeral Home Chapel in Eastland, TX with Pastor Walter Williams officiating. Interment will follow at Oaklawn Cemetery in Gorman, TX. A visitation for family and friends will be held on Sunday, April 28, 2024 from 5:00p.m. until 7:00p.m. at the funeral home chapel. Services are under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home.
Izaac was born on May 2, 2009 in Brownwood, TX to Terry James Perez and Trina Michelle Brown. He was a freshman at Eastland High School and he had a passion for welding and loved riding dirt bikes, fishing, hunting, skateboarding and swimming. He enjoyed attending the church youth group activities at New Carbon Christ Center and Lake Leon Baptist Church. Izaac also attended the Upward Bound College program each summer and had planned on attending again this summer. He loved to help people, especially older people. Izaac was an extremely witty, funny, caring, considerate and most of all loving person and he loved spending time with his friends. Izaac went to be with his Heavenly Father on Thursday, April 25, 2024.
Survivors include his Parents, Terry Perez and Trina Brown; Mother, Mary Griffin; Grandparents, Sam Perez and Sandy McPherson; Sisters, Ariah Perez, Dakota Kelly, Chelsea Mata and Tessia Johnson; Brothers, David Keele and Seth Griffin; Uncles, Tony Perez, Danny Crego, Joseph Crego Jr. and Terry Brown; Aunt, Charlotte Crego and numerous extended family and friends.
Izaac was preceded in death by his Dad, Dale Griffin and Grandfather, Steven Brown.
Pallbearers include; Seth Griffin, Dakota Dunlap, Delbert French, Xzavier French, Patrick Seabourn and Hunter MacDonald.
Honorary Pallbearers are: David Keele and Kyler Perez.
