Jack (Jack-Jack) Floyd, 56, lifelong resident of Jay, Florida, went to be with the Lord on Monday, July 14th, 2025 at 2:56pm in Pensacola, Florida.
He is preceded in death by his brothers Robin Floyd and Russell Jordan, as well as his sister Darlene Floyd.
He is survived by his daughters Morgan (Troy) Mandris and Mallory Floyd, his mother, Evelyn Jordan, a sister, Christy (Rusty) Cassady, his nephew, Victor (Courtney) Mishoe, his sister Gina (Curt) Wright, his brother, Darwin (Maggie) Floyd, his father Shorty (Linda) Floyd, a very loving friend Laura Ross, and his little buddy Johnnie Gipson, as well as a multitude of other loving friends and family.
Jack was a pillar of his community. He served as the Voice of the Royals for the Jay High School Football Team, the President of the Blackwater Foxhunters Association, the event chair of the Jay, Florida, chapter of Relay for Life, honored as a Master Mason in the Freemason Lodge of Jay, Florida, owner and radio host of Brewton's Coyote Country, the Vice President of the Quarterback Club, and a dedicated T-ball coach of his daughter and nephew's teams. He was the owner and operator of Dura-Med Medical Equipment and Pharmacy, as well as multiple Assisted Living Facilities throughout the area.
Services will be held on Saturday, July 19th, 2025, at Jay Funeral Chapel. Visitation will be held from 11am-1pm, with the service immediately following at 1pm, with Mike Hutto and Mitch Herring officiating.
