Falling Waters, WV – Jacquelyn Mae "Jackie" DeHaven, 89, of Falling Waters, WV passed away on Tuesday, July 29, 2025, at her home.

She was born on March 14, 1936, in Lebanon, PA to the late Matthew and Charlotte C. (Zoll) Rothenbach.

She was preceded in death by her husband, William B. DeHaven in 1987.

Jackie was a self-employed Beautician and owned Jackie's Beauty Salon for 15 years until her retirement.

She was a member of Harmony United Methodist Church Falling Waters, WV.

Jackie enjoyed crocheting, providing prayers shawls for Harmony Church, and doing puzzles.

She was an avid bingo player and Nascar fan.

She is survived by her son Michael DeHaven (Viola); son Douglas DeHaven (Sharon); son William DeHaven (Renate); daughter Shelley Green (Jeff); sister Shirley Levengood; granddaughters Heather DeHaven and Niki Lacy (Blake); grandson Andrew DeHaven (Erica) great granddaughter Katelyn Messner (Dakota); great grandson Kellan Blickenstaff; numerous cousins.

Services and burial will be private.
