Jamie Joseph Albon, 37, of Prospect, passed away at home on March 9, 2025. Jamie was born on September 22, 1987, in Waterbury, CT, the son of the late Joseph and Karen Albon.
Jamie worked a couple days at week at Skrip’s Auto Body Shop in Prospect. He loved his job and the people he worked with, and they loved him in return. He was an avid sports fan, but his favorite teams were the Boston Red Sox and the Boston Bruins. Jamie also enjoyed watching NASCAR; his favorite driver was Chase Elliott. He dearly loved his family and will truly be missed by all who knew him.
Jamie leaves behind his loving stepmother, Patricia Albon; his step-siblings, Jennifer and Arthur Rogers; his aunt and uncle, Peg and Joe Cozza; and several cousins. He also leaves behind his beloved furry companions, Boey the cat and Nyah the long-haired German Shepherd. Jamie was predeceased by his parents, Joseph and Karen, as well as several family dogs.
Arrangements – Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 29, 2025, at the Union Congregational Church, 167 Buckingham St., Oakville. Visitation will be held at the church from 10 am until the start of the service at 11. Burial will be held at the convenience of the family. The Buckmiller Ford Mengacci Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements.
