AKRON - Jane Lynn Gardner (Conger), 76, of Akron, passed away peacefully to be with the Lord on June 18, 2025.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Charles H. and Velma M. Conger (Early), as well as her twin sister, Janet L. Mayer (Conger).
She is survived by her devoted husband of almost 50 years, John J. Gardner; her daughter, Heather C. James and son-in-law, Thomas; her son, Eric C. Gardner and daughter-in-law, Dawn; her beloved grandson, Miles, who brought her so much joy, as well as her brother, Don Conger.
Jane attended Old Trail School and Ashland University. She enjoyed art, music, her dogs, cooking, and loved her family dearly.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, June 23, 2025, at 10 AM, at Cedar Grove Cemetery, 1756 Main Street in Peninsula, Ohio. The service is open to all friends and family who would like to attend. There will be no calling hours prior to the service.
