Janet L. Moeller, 74 of Waterville, Ohio, passed away peacefully, on Saturday July 12, 2025. She was born on October 10, 1950, to the late Robert and Lou Ann (Gross) Demaline in Berea, Ohio.
On September 4, 1971, Janet married the love of her life, Earl Moeller. Together, they built a life full of joy, laughter, and cherished memories, including their much-anticipated yearly trips to Traverse City, Michigan, a tradition Janet held especially dear.
A dedicated professional, Janet worked as an office administrator for Frito-Lay, where she brought diligence and grace to everything she did. She retired in 2014 after 16 years of service. Earlier in life, she graduated from Lewiston-Porter High School and Niagara County Community College with an associate's degree in Secretarial Science.
Janet was a woman of many passions. She found great joy in quilting, completing jigsaw puzzles, and tending to her garden. Her love of nature was especially evident in her fondness for birds, particularly chickadees and butterflies. She earned a Master Gardener certificate, which deepened her love and knowledge of horticulture.
Janet also enjoyed staying connected with friends and family through games like Words With Friends. Her greatest joy came from being a devoted wife, mother and grandmother, pouring love and care into every moment spent with her family.
Along with her beloved husband, Earl, Janet is survived by her son James "Jim" Moeller of Waterville, Ohio, daughter-in-law Marie Moeller of Sylvania, Ohio, brothers Terry (Robynn) Demaline of Amherst, New York, William "Bill" Demaline of Olmsted Falls, Ohio, cherished granddaughters Isabella and Grace Moeller.
She was preceded in death by her son Daniel Moeller, and sister Roberta Frizzelle.
A visitation for Janet will be held on Wednesday July 16, 2025, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.at Peinert-Dunn Funeral Home located at 7220 Dutch Rd. Waterville, Ohio 43566. Her funeral service will be held on Thursday July 17, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at Peinert-Dunn Funeral Home Waterville, Ohio. Pastor Steve Bauerle will officiate. Interment will follow at Wakeman Cemetery.
