Janis Lusk Fitzgerald Obituary
Janis Patton Lusk Fitzgerald, 65, of Walhalla, passed away after a long battle with illness on June 26, 2025. Born in Oconee County, she was the daughter of the late Clarence Patton and Pauline Patton Alexander.
Survivors include her two children, Heather Denise Lusk and Daniel Neal Lusk
She is also survived by three grandsons and one nephew, Allan Patton.
Janis was a loving and kind person who loved flowers and her beloved Dogs, Harley, who passed away, and Dixie. She was a collector of Ceramic Bells.
She was predeceased by one brother, James O’Dell Patton.
Janis was a long-time resident of Oconee County, a Walhalla High School Graduate, and of the Baptist Faith.
A celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
