Jean White, 88, of Fall Branch, Tennessee went to be with the Lord on Friday, July 4, 2025. Born in Kingsport, Tennessee, she had resided most of her life in Fall Branch. Jean had graduated from Fall Branch High School, class of 1955. She had retired as the school secretary at Fall Branch School following 25 years of service. Jean was a member of First Baptist Church of Fall Branch where she had worked as the church secretary and was active in the WMU, and many other church functions. Jean loved working in her garden and decorating her house for Christmas.
Jean was preceded in death by her husband, Lloyd White; grandson, Joshua Arnold; sister, Vicky Lane; and parents, John and Bertha Bruner.
Survivors include her daughter, Angie Arnold and husband, David; son, Scott White and wife, Amy; five grandchildren, Leah Looney and husband, Hunter, Lance White and wife, Hannah, Jonathan Arnold and special friend, Emily Phillips, Kristen Kaser and husband, Westin, Luke Dinsmore and wife, Sydney; two great-grandsons, Noah Looney and Brooks Kaser; sister, Missi Campbell; and special cat, Mojo.
The family will receive friends on Monday, July 7, 2025 from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. at First Baptist Church of Fall Branch. Funeral services will be conducted at 7:00 p.m. with Pastor Mark Newman and Preacher Mike Malone officiating.
Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, July 8, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at First Baptist Church of Fall Branch Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to First Baptist Church of Fall Branch, Cemetery Fund.
