Jeff is survived by his father and step-mother, Clyde and Joyce Philipps; a brother, Brian; daughters, Amanda Philipps and Misty (Tom) VanDyke; 4 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; and special friend for 25 years, Cynthia Tonn. Jeffrey's loved ones would like to express their gratitude to Jeff's cousin, Keith Long of Wausaukee, for his help to Jeff throughout his illness.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Sally; and grandparents, Clifford and Vivian Philipps and LeRoy and Helen Trogg.
It was Jeff's wish that no formal service be held. Following cremation he will be interred at Community Lutheran Cemetery in McAllister.
