It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of Jennie Henrietta Mason Lucero, who left us peacefully on March 10,2025 in Roswell, NM. She was 56 years old.
Jennie was born on June 11, 1968in Farmington, NM, the beloved daughter of Jose Celso Lucero and Delia Helen Salas Lucero.
She was a loving mother to Jeremigh Mason, Marvin Mason and Sheridan Kvech and a proud Grandma to Jaykoben.
Jennie had a deep love for her animals, she loved cooking and she always had a recipe to share. Jennie always knew where the good bargains were, she owned every phone known to mankind and knew everything about them she was always willing to assist anyone with their phone. Jennie had a very giving spirit, she will be remembered for her kindness, strength, and love for her family and friends.
She is survived by her children, Jeremigh Mason, Durango, Co, Marvin Mason, Farmington, NM and Sheridan Kvech, Hagerman, ; Best friend Manny del Palacio of Hagerman, NM Brother, Chris ( Carrie) Lucero, of Aztec, NM, ;Sisters , Olivia (Raymond ) Montoya, of Bloomfield Shirley (Francisco) Gomez Farmington, Bernadine (Darold) Clark of Bloomfield, Nancy (Jack) O’neal of Kirtland and Angela Lucero of Farmington numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends who will miss her dearly. She was preceded in death by her father Jose Celso Lucero, mother Delia Helen Salas Lucero, brother Marvin J.P.Lucero and sister Elizabeth Boyd
A viewing will be held on Monday March 17,2025 at 4-6pm at Cope Memorial Chapel of Farmington 404 W. Arrington Farmington, NM. Reverend Stephen Marquez will officiate the celebration of life, Saturday March 22,2025 at 12 pm at the Knights Of Columbus Hall 305 N. Orchard Ave. Farmington, NM. Jennies interment will be directly following the celebration of life, at Greenlawn Cemetery. There will be a reception at the Knights of Columbus hall following the ceremonies.
Her love, caring spirit and warmth will live on in the hearts of those she touched.
