Jennifer Denise Corbin, 41, of Toledo, OH, passed away on July 4, 2025. Born on November 1, 1983, in Washington, D.C., Jennifer brought warmth, compassion, and a deep sense of purpose to everything she did.
A devoted home health care provider with Assured Health, Jennifer truly lived for her work. She specialized in caring for individuals with special needs, and her clients were not only well cared for—they were loved. Her hard work, empathy, and tireless dedication earned her the trust and admiration of everyone she served. Her presence brought comfort and joy, and her unwavering passion for helping others was her life’s calling.
Jennifer was the daughter of two proud U.S. Air Force veterans. As part of a military family, she spent her childhood moving across the country, living in Maryland, Alaska, California, and Texas. She graduated from Bowie High School in Arlington, Texas, and went on to earn her associate degree in education from TCC Junior College.
Jennifer had a deep love for animals throughout her life. As a child and into adulthood, she shared a special bond with her dog, Blossom, who grew up alongside her. The two were inseparable, and Blossom adored Jennifer just as much as Jennifer cherished her. Their companionship was a source of comfort, joy, and unconditional love.
Outside of her work, Jennifer found joy in the simple things—curling up with a good book, watching her favorite movies, and spending time with her beloved cat, Ana. Her home was filled with quiet moments of laughter, love, and comfort.
Jennifer will be remembered for her bright smile, gentle spirit, and the kindness that radiated from her. She had a gift for making people feel seen, heard, and cared for, and she leaves behind a legacy of compassion and service. Her family, friends, colleagues, and clients will miss her deeply.
In honoring Jennifer’s life, we remember a woman who lived not for herself, but for others—a true caregiver at heart.
Jennifer is survived by her parents, Jim and Linda Corbin; brother, Kraig Corbin; and sister, Stephanie McGregor.
A funeral service honoring the life of Jennifer Corbin will be held on Saturday, August 2, 2025, at 11:00 AM at Emerald Hills Funeral Home & Memorial Park, located at 500 Kennedale Sublett Rd, Kennedale, TX 76060.
