Jennifer Linehan Obituary

Jennifer Ann Linehan passed away peacefully after a long illness on Jan. 24, 2025.

Jenn was born in Manchester, NH on Feb. 23, 1972, to Robert E. Martel of Dunbarton, N.H., and Elissa Gorman Proulx of Hudson, N.H.

Jenn was a graduate of Memorial High school. She was married to her husband, Jay Linehan, for 34 years.

Jenn was extremely proud of her Native American heritage. She loved animals, especially her dogs.

During her entire work career, Jenn only had two employers, a true testament to her commitment and dedication to work.

In addition to her husband, Jenn is survived by her son, Jay Linehan Jr.; her father, Robert Martel and his wife, Paula; her mother, Elissa Proulx and her husband, Rodney. She is also survived by her brother, Jeff Coplan and her sisters, Jocelyn and Taylor Proulx; as well as nieces and nephews and a grand-niece and numerous aunts and uncles. Jenn was predeceased by her sister, Angela Martel.

Jenn was resilient and positive throughout her entire illness. She is now at peace and we will miss her forever.

Jenn's life will be celebrated on April 26, 2025.

To my sweet baby girl. I miss and love you so much! I'm so glad we had the past year to make so many new memories reminiscing, telling stories and singing together. I pray you are with Angie now having a great time together. Give her a hug and a kiss for me. It's a relief to know that you are out of pain but I miss you so much. Fly high Sweetheart. Love, your Mama
You are my sunshine...
