Jennifer “Jenny” McGivern Sole, 70, of Parkersburg, passed away peacefully at home on July 3, 2025. She was born February 14, 1955 in Parkersburg, to the late Paul McGivern and Margaret “Peggy” Wright McGivern (married July 12, 1954.)
She is survived by her only child, Christina “Christy” Sole of Williamstown; grandson, Connor Sole of Williamstown; and many close friends and extended family.
Jenny was known for her kind and giving heart, her dedication and faithfulness to her family and friends – she lived a simple, humble life and her work ethic was second to none.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her soulmate, Don “Donnor” Cribbs (July 3, 1955 – August 2, 2009.)
A Graveside service will be held 11:00 a.m., Saturday, July 12, 2025 at Mt. Carmel Cemetery with Father David Huffman officiating.
