Jennifer Lea Theis of Delran passed away peacefully on July 1st, she was 54.
Jennifer grew up in Delran and attended Delran High School where she was captain of the soccer team. She went on to earn her bachelor's degree and continue her soccer career at Mercyhurst University. Jennifer worked as a special education teacher at the Pemberton School District and Riverside School District.
Jennifer was a caring person who enjoyed helping others. She was proud of her Delran roots, loved sports, her dogs, sunflowers, cruises and Myrtle Beach.
Jennifer was preceded in death by her mother, Sandra (nee Swan) and baby daughter, Taylor Alston. She is survived by her daughter, Danyele Alston, father, Jospeh Theis, siblings, Cheryl (Scotty) MacBride, Joseph (Laura) Theis, Jr., Sean (April) Theis. She was the proud aunt of Anthony (Riane), Dylan, Daniel, Alex, Hayden, Sean, Luke, Lily, and great-aunt to Sophia. Jennifer also leaves behind stepsons, Blake and Hunter and their father, the late Stephen "Steve" Ewaskey.
Services for Jennifer will be held privately.
