Jerry was born January 8, 1947, in Wheeling, WV to the late Ralph ""Joe"" Cecil Fulks and Virginia Mae Perdue Eddy.
Jerry worked as a painter and construction worker and was an Army Veteran serving during Vietnam in the 1st Calvary Unit and was also in the Army reserves.
In addition to his parents Jerry was preceded in death by his brother Don Fulks Sr.
He is survived by two daughters, Tina Fulks Ossman and Curt of Wellsburg, WV, and Joyce Amber Fulks of Wellsburg, WV, best friend, Sandy Zink of Colliers,WV, one step brother David, three step sisters Carol, Esther, and Sandy, two grandchildren Chelsy Ossman (Ryan) Wilken, all of Follansbee, WV and Jaylyn West, and great grandchild Teighlor Wilken.
Visitation will be held Thursday November 14, 2024, from 3pm until the time of service at 5pm at Reasner Funeral Home 1515 Charles Street, Wellsburg, WV.
Full Military Honors by the U.S. Army and the Ohio Valley Memorial Squad. Online condolences may be made at ReasnerOfWellsburg.com
