Jerry McVeigh Obituary

Jerry was a longtime resident of Okemah. He and Penny Carver were married February 14, 2000; she later preceded him in death May 19, 2024. Jerry and Penny owned and operated the 62 Bar in Okemah for many years. Jerry also proudly served his country with the United States Air Force and enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson. He loved to ride and be free and now he is truly free. He loved his friends and they loved him and will miss him dearly.
Jerry is survived by his son, Ryan and wife Jamie of Arizona; his sister, Linda Matthews and husband Jay of California and three grandchildren, Karissa Walaszek, Kara Chefalo and Brendan McVeigh.
All arrangements were handled by Parks Brothers Funeral Home, Okemah, Oklahoma.
