Jerry passed peacefully surrounded by loved ones in his home.
Jerry was born January 31, 1944 to the late Herbert and Gladys Selby.
He was a devoted, loving husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather.
Jerry was known to many for his love of antique Fords, particularly for rebuilding flathead V8s.
Left to carry on his legacy are his wife of 41 years Patsy Selby, 2 sons Mike Selby (Vicki), Jody Day, and one daughter, Jerri Leeann Selby Rodgers.
Brothers: Glen Selby, Thurman Selby, Steve Selby and Keith Selby
Grandchildren: Jordan Selby, Addison Selby, Kellye Holman, Kayla Eldridge, and Kiersten Day.
Great-Grandchildren: Logan Holman, Lucas Holman, Tyson Eldridge, and Autumn Jones.
Services to honor Mr. Selby will be held at Oak Lawn Funeral home on Saturday, July 5, 2025. The family will welcome friends beginning at 11am until time of service at 1pm.
Mr. Selby will be laid to rest at Smith's Chapel Cemetery following the service.
