Jim was preceded in death by his parents Ray and Edythe; brother-in-law Gary Linders, and great-grandson Logan James Bartes.
Jim is survived by his beloved wife Beverly, children: Brian (Theresa), Julie (Wayne) Brown, and Joni (Jay) Mankie; grandchildren: Danae (Jacob) Bartes, Kristin (Marc) Leonard, Emily (Kevin) Deck, Daniel (Katlynn Bunes) Brown, Jorgen (Meagan Ketterlin) Mankie, Joshua Mankie, Jenna Mankie and John Mankie; 11 great-grandchildren; sister Raynita Linders, nephew Jeffrey (Elizabeth) Linders and brother-in-law Ron (Maxine) Hallin and niece Robin (Steve) Blouin and many other extended family and friends.
A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, June 27, 2025, at the Braham Ev. Lutheran Church with Pastor Jacob Burkman officiating. The service will be livestreamed to the Braham Lutheran Church Facebook page. See link below.
A Visitation will be held from 4:00 - 6:00 pm on Thursday, June 26, 2025, at the Hamilton Funeral Homes - Rock Chapel in Braham and again 1 hour prior to the service at the church on Friday.
Inurnment will be in the Rice Lake Cemetery in Braham.
A Luncheon will follow the service.
