Funeral services for Jimmy Harris "Jay" Brown III, age 58, of Kilbourne, Louisiana, will be 2:00 PM, Wednesday, July 23, 2025, at Cox Funeral Home with Rev. Jimbo Herring and Clinton Ratley officiating. Interment will be in the Mt. Carmel Cemetery in Eudora, Arkansas. Services are under the direction of Cox Funeral Home.
Visitation will be Wednesday from 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM Cox Funeral Home.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Beth Ann Brown; mother, George-Ann "Gay" Brown; sister, Lisa Spann.
Jay is survived by his special caregiver, Sonya Brown of Kilbourne, Louisiana; son, John Patrick Brown of Kilbourne, Louisiana; daughter, Leighanna Brown of Kilbourne, Louisiana; daughter, Carley Jo Fragala of Portland, Arkansas; grandson, Skylar Thornhill of Oak Grove, Louisiana; grandson, Gatlin Womack of Portland, Arkansas; father, Jimmy Harris Brown Sr. of Kilbourne, Louisiana; brother, Brent Porter of Magnolia, Arkansas.
Pallbearers will be Darrell Blansett, David Byargeon, Adam Brown, Scott Brown, Josh Rauls, Devon Schoggin.
Honorary pallbearers will be John David Ashley, Jeff Copeland, John Whitaker, Ryan Brown.
