Joe M. Garcia, 82, Passed away on July 3, 2025 in Balmorhea Texas.
Joe Millan Garcia was born in Balmorhea, Texas to Timoteo and Cinderella Garcia on October 3,1942. He attended school in Balmorhea Texas. He married Ida G. Garcia on August 29, 1969 in Pecos, Texas. Joe worked all his life, started with the water district, then owner/operator truck driver and various propane companies.
Joe M. Garcia is preceded in death by his parents Timoteo & Cinderella Garcia, his Sister Maria Baeza, his brothers Armando Garcia, Martin Garcia, Andy Garcia, Steven (Cubano) Garcia.
Joe M. Garcia is survived by his wife Ida Garcia, his children Joe Garcia Jr., Joanna Garcia, and James Garcia and Several siblings. 10 Grandchildren and 10 Great Grandchildren.
Pallbearers for Joe will be Joseph Dutchover Jr, Casey Dutchover, Tyler Dutchover, Kyle Garcia, Josiah Garcia, Aaron Garcia, Caleb Garcia, Anton Granado. Honorary Pallbearer will be Isaiah Mendoza.
Visitation will be held at Pecos Funeral Home on Monday, July 7, 2025 from 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm at Pecos Funeral Home in Pecos. A Holy Rosary will be recited at 7:00 pm in Balmorhea at Christ the King Catholic Church.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, July 8, 2025 at 10:00 am at Christ the King Catholic Church in Balmorhea, Burial will follow at Balmorhea Cemetery.
