John Michael Angle, 74, passed away peacefully to be with his Lord and Savior on Thursday, April 17, 2025, at his home surrounded by his loving family. He was born on March 16, 1951, in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania to the late John Whitmore and Mariam Amelia (Fisher) Angle.
Mike was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Jeffrey Lynn Angle. He is survived by his beloved wife of 29 years, Kathy Mangum Angle; a son, Chad Angle of Pennsylvania; three step children, Michael Lyons, Ashley Horvath, and Joe Horvath; two granddaughters Madison and Morgan Angle; a sister Wendy Angle Holcomb (Kyle) of Atlanta, Georgia; two nephews, Noah and Ben Holcomb; and three step grandchildren, Skyler, Cole, Nolan.
Mike’s greatest passion was for golf and working in his yard. He was a plant manager for motor manufacturing at Electrolux and Aspen Motion Technologies for many years.
Private services for Mike will be Tuesday, April 22, at Morris Baker Funeral Home on East Oakland Avenue, Johnson City, Tennessee. Mitch Evans will officiate.
