John is survived by his wife Laura M. (nee Hall) Haverstick of De Soto; son Ron (Sheri) Haverstick of Moscow Mills, MO and daughter, Debbie (David) Belt of Winder, GA; 5 grandchildren, Tiffany Haverstick, Misty Gullett, Brandi Williamson, Tyler Haverstick and Ryan Belt; and 7 great-grandchildren.
John was a retired truck driver for Fred Weber and had served in the United States Navy.
He was preceded in death by his parents, one daughter, Cathy Lones; and one brother, Norman "Stick" (Venita) Haverstick.
