John Hooper Obituary

Visitation for Mr. Hooper will be held on Friday, July 11, 2025 at Gallagher Funeral Home from 9:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. Services will begin at 10:00 a.m. in the Chapel with interment and full military honors at Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
Mr. Hooper was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and brother. He proudly served in the United States Air Force from 1968 to 1988. He will forever be missed by those that loved and knew him.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Joe Dallas Hooper, Sr. and Doris Harris Hooper Miller; and his wife, Cherylee Hooper.
Those left to cherish his memory include his son, David Hooper (Jill); step-daughters, Kimberly Ware and Lacey Martin: grandson, Taylor Hooper; brother, Joe Hooper, Jr. (Claire); and niece, Jennifer Howard. While both went on to remarry, Dianne Moses Knight remained in touch throughout their lives. To send flowers to the family or plant a tree in memory of John, please visit our floral store.
