Johnnie Lee Brown was born on February 18, 1946 in Rodney MS to Roxetta Brown & Johnnie Lee Whiting and was Raised by his Grandparents Adam Brown and Sophie Brown in his hometown of Port Gibson MS were he grew up to graduate from Addison high-school in1964. A few years after graduating he was drafted into the Army were he served his country. After making it home he soon realized he wanted a new start on life so he moved to Los Angeles CA, where he soon met the love of his life Fannie Lee Sims. And what do you know a few years later they were married. In June of 1974 and four happy years later they welcomed their new bundle of joy in to the world Douglas Brown born in August of 1978. As a small family they lived life and enjoyed each other but Johnnie always had a strong urge to go to his home state. So at the age of 77 started making the move to go home were one year later move into his home in his home town until GOD called Johnnie Home on 5/13/2025
Johnnie was proceeded in death by Adam & Sophie Brown/ mother and father.
Grandparents, grandparents. Johnnie Whiting & Rosetta Brown/ sister and brothers Joanne Sims Leroy Pullens Freddie Pullens Jr John Pullens
He was survived by wife Fannie Lee Brown Son Douglas Canton Brown daughter in law Chaya Brown Grandchildren Roy Lee Williams,Patrick Joroy Williams,
Nehemiah Williams, Alonja Brooks, and Brooklyn Lino; three sisters, four brothers and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
