Oh my dear sweet friend Ruth & family,
I'm so sorry to hear of Joe's passing. I remember meeting Joe when I worked with Ruth. You guys where such a sweet, endearing couple and Ruth you always saw the positive in everything & everyone. I'm sending many hugs to you. May God keep you comforted now & in the days to follow. Love you, my sister in Christ!

To the family of Joe: what a huge loss to his family, friends, and community. I am Joe´s cousin, a nephew of Aunt Martha (Ola Lytle´s son). As a young teen and entrepreneur, Joe erected a large cage in his back yard and began to raise parakeets and similar birds to sell to local retail pet shops. He understood business and money and retail money management from a young age and that understanding guided him in his studies at college and his career at the Dept. Of Labor.
He has left a great impression on a number of us. Thank you, Joe

Dear Ruth, Daniel and David,
When we were very young, Joe spent time with my parents and me. So I have very sweet memories of Joe.
I am glad we reconnected a few months ago and we relived those good times.
Ruth, I know it´s hard to lose a person who has been by your side for 60 years. But it´s comforting to know he is in heaven and is healthy again.
Love to you
