Joyce Ann Ainsworth, age 86, a lifelong Atoka, OK resident. She was born on Sunday, March 19, 1939, to Woodrow Wilson and Julia Mae (Wallace) Ainsworth, at Atoka, OK. Joyce passed away on Friday, July 11, 2025 at Atoka, OK. She graduated from Atoka High School in 1957. Joyce was a receptionist for 39 years at the same advertising company in Dallas, TX. Joyce attended Penn & A Church of Christ. She enjoyed crafts, and puzzles. She loved to do a whole lot of shopping with her sisters.
Joyce is survived by her sisters, Doris Carpenter and husband David of Caney, OK, Linda Oldham of Atoka, OK, Marty Lillard and husband Doug of Blanchard, OK; nieces and nephews, Greg Carpenter, Cary Carpenter, Brian Carpenter, Clint Lillard, Rusty Lillard, Chad Stenhouse, Lori Dickinson, Lacey Thompson; brother in law, David Stenhouse of Blanchard, OK; along with numerous great nieces, nephews, great great nieces and nephews, other relatives and host of friends.
Joyce is preceded by her parents, Woodrow Wilson and Julia Mae (Wallace) Ainsworth; sister, Judy Stenhouse.
