Visitation will begin at the funeral home on Friday, July 11, 2025, from 2 PM until 8 PM, and on Saturday from 10 AM until service time at 2 PM.
The Family suggests memorial contributions be made towards The Liberty Cemetery.
She is preceded in death by her Husband, Herman Bevie Carter; Infant son, Gordon Glen Carter; Parents, Sterling Kirby and Myrtie Brooks Kirby; and Brothers, Osborne Kirby, Milton Kirby, and Grady Kirby.
Mrs. Joyce Carter is survived by;
