Judy Ann Dickerson, 80, of Muskogee, Oklahoma passed from this life on Saturday, June 21, 2025 in Muskogee surrounded by family. Judy was born on September 8, 1944 in McAlester, Oklahoma, the daughter of James Dillard and Ruby Golden (McDaniel) Taylor. She graduated from Crowder High School. In 1962, Judy married Billy Ray Hicks Sr. They were married for twenty-five years and to this union two children were born. In 2005, Judy married Don Dickerson. They were married for sixteen years when he preceded her in death. She worked for the Container Corp for twenty years and later worked for Fort Howard for ten years.
Judy is survived by her sons Jeffrey Hicks of Fort Gibson and Billy Hicks Jr. and wife Sallie of Tahlequah; her brother Charles Taylor of Muskogee; two grandchildren Chastity and Crystal and two great grandchildren Charity and Trent.
Judy is preceded in death by her parents James and Ruby Taylor and siblings Norma Jo Taylor Gunter, Margie Louise Taylor, Patsy Dean Taylor Thompson, James "Jim" Harvey Taylor.
