Judy Arlene Cox Elkins was born to the late Alvin and Leslie Cox, of Frankfort, Kentucky.
She was married for 35 years to her late husband and best friend, James Steven Elkins.
She helped raise their three children alongside her husband in Georgetown, Kentucky.
All who knew Judy knew she was capable, and smart.
However, that is not what we will remember most about her.
We will remember her warm smile, her contagious laugh, her fierce love of family & friends, and Kentucky Basketball.
Most of all she will be remembered for her unwavering love for Jehovah God
and his dear son Jesus Christ. We look forward to welcoming her back to life in the resurrection. What love and joy we will have in seeing your faith rewarded.
Until we meet again, know you are missed.
Judy is survived by his her son Warren Reed Elkins;
her daughter Stephanie Rachel Daniel (Josh)
and her daughter Amy Denise Daniel (Justin);
her grandchildren James Forest Daniel,
Kennedy Grace Daniel, Marshall Cooper Daniel,
and Wylder Caleb Daniel; her sister Carolyn Carden.
She is preceded in death by her husband James Steven Elkins;
and her parents Alvin and Leslie Cox.
A memorial service will be 3:30 PM Saturday at Kingdom Hall, 1001 E. Main St Ext, Georgetown, KY. Visitation will begin at 2 PM.

Judy was a client of mine when I had my beauty shop. I´m so glad I got to know her. She was a wonderful lady, and she loved her children and grandchildren so much. I know the family will miss her tremendously. Keeping you all in my prayers.
