Known to many as Francis, Frank, or Elbert — he was a man with a big heart, a quick wit, and a love for life.  Born in Seoul, South Korea, Francis immigrated to the United States with his mother at the age of 11.  Throughout his life, he mastered many skills, but found his greatest joy in nature or riding the open roads on his beloved motorcycles.

Francis fought a long and courageous battle with CMML-2 leukemia — and he kicked cancer’s ass with determination, resilience, and grit. His strength through that journey inspired everyone around him.  On September 12, 2025, he passed away peacefully, surrounded by his wife and daughters who loved him dearly.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Young Pun Lee, and his grandson, Tye Ryder Flint.  He is survived by his wife, Victoria Molina; daughters Angelina Brown, Gabrielle Rest (Brown) and her husband Dustin Rest, Cecelia Brown, and Savannah Molina; his brother, Brian Fultz; and grandchildren Kinsley and Dalton Fletcher.

Francis’s greatest pride and joy was always his family.  He loved his wife, daughters, and grandchildren with everything he had, and he carried that devotion proudly in everything he did.

Francis will be remembered for his big personality, his love of motorcycles, fishing, and nature, and the way he never failed to make others laugh.  He will be loved and missed by all who knew him.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks for donations to the Leukemia Foundation to support continued research, education, and treatment advances.

Above all, Francis will always be remembered as the man who lived with heart, and loved with everything he had.  And now, he has gone home to be with his mother and Jun Jun.
