Justyn C. Moffatt, age 21, of Hillham, Indiana entered into eternal rest on June 17th, 2025 at Deaconess Henderson Hospital in Henderson, Kentucky
He was born in Jasper, Indiana on November 9th, 2003 to Gerald Ray Moffatt and Bridgette (Holt) Canada.
Justyn was preceded in death by his Father – Gerald Ray Moffatt; Paternal Grandparents – Gary and Carol Moffatt; and Maternal Grandparents – Jack and Becky Holt.
He had attended Northeast Dubois High School, loved to play video games and cats.
Justyn is survived by:
Mother – Bridgette Canada (James) of Stendal, Indiana
Sister – Ashlyn Burns (Colton) of Houston, Texas
Nephew – Ranson Burns
Cremation was chosen.
