Karen Rae (Mangels) Porch, age 74, passed away peacefully on July 22, 2025, at Circle of Life Hospice in Bentonville, Arkansas, after a battle with dementia.

Karen was born on August 14, 1950, in Coffeyville, Kansas, to Herbert and Virginia Mangels. A proud Coffeyville native, Karen often reflected on her childhood there and carried the warmth of those memories with her throughout her life. After graduating from Coffeyville High School, she eventually made her way to Bentonville, Arkansas, where she built a life filled with love, hard work, and deep community ties.

Karen dedicated over 35 years to Walmart, where she was known for her genuine love for her work and colleagues. She helped keep the schedules and lives of Walmart executives running smoothly, doing so with pride, joy, and remarkable attention to detail.

Karen found her greatest joy in the company of her beloved partner of over 25 years, Henry Lee Johnson; her children, James Clayton Porch (Laura) and Jessica Ann Daniels (Jodie); and her grandchildren, who affectionately knew her as "Nana." Her laughter was loud, her love deep, and her presence in the lives of her family was nothing short of cherished.

Karen is preceded in death by her parents, Herbert and Virginia Mangels. She is survived by Lee, her children, and her treasured grandchildren, who will carry on her legacy of love, warmth, and toughness.

A memorial service to honor Karen's life will be held on Monday, July 28, 2025, at Hunt Chapel in Pinnacle Memorial Gardens, Rogers, AR. The service will begin at 1:00 p.m., followed by a time of visitation with the family until 3:00 p.m.

The family extends their heartfelt thanks to the many friends and caregivers who supported Karen through her journey, especially the compassionate teams at Circle of Life Hospice and Village on the Park. Your care and kindness meant the world to her-and all of us. Online condolences to www.bentoncountyfuneralhome.com
