She was born on August 22, 1943, in Jackson to the late Floyd Buddy Britton and Edna Cleo Moore Britton. Kathy loved to shop and decorate her home for the holidays. She enjoyed visiting with her friends at St. Mary Manor.
In addition to her parents, Kathy was preceded in death by her sister, JoNell Diggs.
She is survived by two nieces, Carla Henson (George) of Jackson, Tennessee and Mandy Harper (Greg) of Cotton Town, Tennessee; great nephews, Wilson Harper and Wes Harper both of Cotton Town, Tennessee; and one great great nephew, Knox Harper of Cotton Town, Tennessee.
