Kathy “Tootie” Lynn Miller, age 75, passed away peacefully at her home on Monday, July 14th, 2025. She was born July 11th, 1950, in Gallipolis, Ohio to the late Robert “Duke” and Beatrice Rhodes.
Kathy was a 1968 graduate of Wellston High School. Through the years she worked as an STNA. Kathy was an amazing mother, grandmother, and sister. She was a strong, protective woman who devoted her life to her children and grandchildren.
She is survived by her children: Rob (Linda) Davis, Chris (Tara) Davis, Rich (Michelle) Davis, Mandy Miller, Ryan Miller, and Justin Miller; grandchildren: Jordan (Gage) Oberling, Todd Kisor, Chazz Davis, Nick Davis, Parker Davis, Owen Miller, Taytum Miller, Jayden Miller, Lily Miller, Carsen Miller, Audrey Tribby, Adrianna Wolford; great-grandchildren: Maverick Davis. Wrenley Overling, and Piper and Anakin Wolford; and sister, Janice Rhodes.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Martha Walke.
Calling hours will be held on Monday, July 21st, 2025, from 10AM-12PM at the Lewis & Gillum Funeral Home of Jackson with a service after at 12PM with Tracey Carpenter officiating. Burial will follow at Fairmount Cemetery. Online condolences may be sent to www.lewisgillum.com.
