Memorial services for KEITH PAUL WILSON, 86, will be held at 10am Saturday, July 19, 2025, at the Colyer Funeral Home with Julia Newman officiating. Burial will follow in the Valley View Cemetery. Keith of Sheridan, formerly of Cheyenne and Torrington WY passed from this life on July 4, 2025, and cremation has taken place. Following the burial a reception will be held at Torrington Fire Station #1. Arrangements are by the Colyer Funeral Home and condolences may be sent to www.colyerfuneralhome.com. Keith was born on July 30, 1938, to Paul and Millie Wilson in Kearney, Nebraska. His parents moved when he was two weeks old to the family farm in Sidney, NE. Keith was the oldest of 11 children. In 1956 to 1958, he served the Army at Fort Bliss in El Paso, TX. While in the army, he received his high school diploma. In July of 1959, he married Ouida "Dean" Perry. They were married for 23 years. They raised 3 daughters, Sherri, Cindy, and Amy. To provide for his family, he worked a variety of jobs, cowboying, horseshoer, butcher, Culligan man, truck driver for cattle and hay hauler, and being a brand inspector. In June of 1982, he married Patty Kirchner. They moved to Cheyenne where he worked for Dixon Brothers, hauling solution to the coal mines. After retiring from Dixons, he drove a school bus. Keith loved rodeos, fishing and spending time visiting with family and friends. In August 2024, he moved to Sheridan Wyoming living in a cottage home at Cascades of Sugarland Ridge. He loved his new home, new friends and the beautiful country scenery. Keith is survived by daughters Sherri (Kent) Best, Portales, NM; Cindy (Shane) Gill, Wyola, MT; Amy (Len) Miller, Wills Point, TX; Patty's children, Rick (Julie) Estes, Sheridan, WY; Tammy Estes, New Braunfels, TX; Dennis (Rhonda) Estes, Torrington, WY. He is survived also by 17 grandchildren, and 24 great grandchildren. He is survived by his sisters, Marianne Kallhoff, Sidney NE; Loretta (Hap) Naprstek, Lexington, NE; Katie (Tom) Solberg, Wheatland, WY; his brothers Doug (Lyn)Wilson, Casper, WY; Ed (Gloria) Wilson, Sidney, NE; Sam (Jane) Wilson, Sidney, NE, Rex (Pat) Wilson, Minatare, NE; Bo (Kathy) Wilson, Sidney, NE, brother in law Cork Johnson, Sidney, NE. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, both wives, Patty & Dean, an infant brother, Donnie, sister, Bobbie Johnson & brother-in-law Tom Kallhoff, both of Sidney, NE, granddaughter, Heidi Best of Portales, NM, nephew, Marty Geiger of Chappell, NE, and niece, Tessa Wilson of Axtell, NE.
