Kenneth McMahon, 68, of Belpre, Ohio passed away on Monday May 12th.
He was born on March 6, 1957, in Marietta, Ohio. A son of Ervin and Opal Kuehn McMahon. Ken had been employed as a machinist for several years, and later worked in security services for over 40 years and just retired in January 2025.
Ken taught himself to play guitar and had a strong interest for music, playing guitar, singing and repairing instruments that needed special attention. He enjoyed getting together with friends to play music, and sing.
He is survived by 3 brothers: Lewis, Don, and Jay McMahon and 1 sister Dee McMahon, several cousins, nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and 1 sister Joyce.
According to his wishes he was cremated and private services were held at the convenience of the family. McClure-Schafer-Lankford Funeral Home is assisting the family.

I saw Ken's obituary on FB. I was once married to James D. Sayres who died last year. Ken spent a lot of at our homes in Marietta with James, Tom Hamilton and other friends playing games, eating, singing and playing music. I know he will be missed but remembered fondly by his family.
