Born in Bentonville, AR on August 5, 1958, to Donald & Shirley Holliday. The earth got a little darker on August 3, 2025, when Jesus called Larry Don Holliday home. But rest assured that all of heaven erupted when he walked through those pearly gates. Most notably his two precious babies, Skyler Kait and Sonny Don who he is probably holding in each arm right now.

Larry had wonderful parents, Donald & Shirley Holliday, who raised him to be a hardworking man. That was evident his entire life as he was afraid of nothing and could do anything. By day, he was a humble meat cutter and a house painter for 40+ years. By night, he was the man of steel. His cape was his ballcap which he promptly slapped on his head as soon as his feet hit the floor in the morning.

Larry was raised with 3 siblings, all of which he loved immensely. He is survived by his sister Kelly Sue Sandberg (husband David) and David Holliday (wife Theresa). Like any big brother, Larry dutifully antagonized them throughout their adolescent years.

However, in his adult years, he quietly admired them and could often be found sitting at his parents' dining room table reminiscing with them about their younger days.

Larry is survived by wife of 34 years, Kimberly Holliday, who never left his side and will never love again; his 3 handsome boys, Nash Dylan Holliday, Stormy Blaze Holliday (wife Karli Jo), and Jess Colter Holliday; his 8 grandchildren who he loved with his whole heart, Anika Marie Holliday, Nalea Dawn Snyder (husband Rhett), Adabella Marie Myers, Kasia JoAnn Holliday, Abcdee Zho Holliday, Opal Mae Holliday, Axl Blaze Holliday and Vivian Rayne Holliday; and one precious fat cheeked great grandson, William Brooks Snyder.

Larry raised those 3 boys to be just like him. He taught them to work hard, love unconditionally, and never be afraid to get dirty. Well, Colter isn't a big fan of dirt, but Nash and Stormy like to roll around in it…as do all of Larry's grandchildren. That's why he put in a pool…to clean the kids from time to time.

When not sitting in his own shop, Larry could usually be found attending the weekly, all important Mariano Road Property Association meetings to discuss everything, dirt road related. Since 2020, Larry has served as Vice President of Canine Connections which oversees the distribution of cheddar & chicken flavored PupCorn Plus to the Mariano tailwaggers. It would be important to Larry to recognize the members of the POA and appreciate their contributions to the success of the association: President of Supply Distribution Tony Greer, Vice President of Construction Avery Green, and Vice President

of Retirement Benefits Dean Telgemeier, Director of Misfit Coaching John King and of course the sitting CEO & Owner of the Road, Paul Mariano.

Larry was proceeded in death by his loving parents, Donald Wayne Holliday and Shirley Mae Holliday, his sister, Terri Lynn Buckley and brother, Lloyd Wayne Holliday.

It's absurd to say he will be missed when there's a gaping hole in the world because of his absence. His family will carry on his legacy and attempt to live up to the standard he set, always asking themselves, what would Larry, Dad, or Grandpa do?

Pallbearers: Nash Holliday, Stormy Holliday, Charlie Holliday, Cole Holliday, Chad

Holliday, and Paul Mariano. Best Friends and Honorary Pallbearers: James Oaks and Jimmy Loper
