Mr.Larry David Krahn, born July 25th 1954, passed away suddenly March 30th at UT medical center Knoxville Tn, surrounded by his son Dale Krahn and daughter in law Stephanie, a testament to his profound impact on those around him, Larry had retired to his home town of Oneida a few years ago as he had always dreamed of doing after a fulfilling career as a truck driver and landscaper.
Many people knew Larry as a kind-hearted man who would selflessly give anyone this shirt off his back and also a man who could brighten lives with his infectious humor, he will be remembered by all that knew and loved him. He loved to garden and drive around, and loved to talk with family and friends.
Larry was preceded in death by his Mother and father Rose and Alvin Krahn and his birth mother Tootsie Roberts, Brothers Donald, Charles, James, and the Mother of his two sons Pamela Layman. Larry is survived by his sons Dale Krahn( Stephanie ), Anthony Scott Krahn, Brothers William ( Dianna) Krahn, Daryl ( Pauline) Krahn, Tommy Krahn, David Krahn Lyle Krahn (Robin) Sisters Faye ( Larry ) Veer, LeEtta (Gary) Boyatt, Lanette Krahn Elder (Jimmy),Valerie Krahn Williams (Ted). Grandchildren Stella Huffstuttler and Julie Krahn Life long friend Mr. Terry White and a loving host of nieces and nephews.
Cremation was Larry's final request No services are planned at this time.
