Lawrence R. "Larry" Pavone Jr. age 75, of Lake in the Hills, passed away on September 16, 2025. He was born in Chicago, Illinois on October 17, 1949 the son of Lawrence R. Sr. and Fortunata (Sarluga) Pavone.

He was an avid Chicago sports fan, electronics whiz, with loves of Chess, poker and anything Mom made him do! He was an engaged, empathetic and a loving father and grandfather, as well as a caring and loving husband.

Lawrence is survived by his loving children, Lawrence (Katie Pleviak) Pavone and Lisa (Mike) Gottfried; his cherished grandchildren, Jenna and Nicholas Gottfried; his dear brother, Luke (Joan) Pavone and his dear sister, Esther (the late Joe) Fontana.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Arlene Pavone.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 20, 2025 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM along with Eulogies to begin at 5:00 PM that evening all at Willow Funeral Home & Cremation Care 1415 W. Algonquin Rd., Algonquin.
