Lee Dixon Obituary

He was born November 10, 1933 in Craven County son of the late Wendell and Lucy Parker Dixon. He was also predeceased by his wife Evelyn Dixon in 2013.
He is survived by two sons, Frank Dixon of Maple Hill and Craig Dixon and wife Gail of Burgaw; granddaughter, Dawn Bradshaw; three great grandchildren, James, Ashley, and Brandon Bradshaw; and many nieces and nephews.
Lee enjoyed having animals and caring for them. He was a heavy equipment operator and loved to work. He enjoyed the bonds he made with coworkers over the years. Lee liked meeting with friends for coffee and biscuits in the early morning at Hardies.
The family will receive friends Friday from 5:30 to 6:30 PM at Harrell's Funeral Home. A graveside service will be at 11:00 AM Saturday June 14, 2025 at Mount Williams Cemetery with Reverend Shane Kennedy officiating and burial will follow.
