William Leon "Squirrel" Randall, 60, of Williston, SC passed away on Saturday, July 19, 2025. Funeral services will be held at eleven o'clock a.m., Thursday, July 24, 2025 in the Folk Funeral Home Chapel, Williston, SC with the Reverend Charles Morris officiating; burial will follow in the Barnwell County Memorial Cemetery by the airport. The family will receive friends from six to eight p.m., Wednesday at the funeral home in Williston, SC. Honored to serve as pallbearers are Scott Griffin, Travis Grubbs, Brandon Hall, Michael Kinard, Ashton Walker and Darryl Zorn. Honorary Pallbearers will be officials and co-workers of the SCDOT Barnwell Maintenance Department.

Born in Aiken County, SC, he was a son of the late William O'Shield Randall and Sylvia Jean Grubbs Randall and was the step-son of the late, Ruth Landreth Randall. He was a graduate of Williston-Elko High School and was a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church. He previously worked at Huddle House in Barnwell for a number of years and has been employed with the SCDOT Barnwell Maintenance Department for 19 years. He was a Volunteer Fire Fighter for several Barnwell County Fire Departments. Leon was a friend to many, he would help anyone he could and would give the "shirt off of his back" to anyone in need. He loved to sing, enjoyed karaoke and also enjoyed playing golf.

Survivors include his brother and sister-in-law, Kenneth and Brenda Randall of Warrenville, SC; step-sister, Michelle Ellison Holtsizer of New Ellenton, SC; nephews, Bryan (Maria) Randall of North Augusta, SC and Jeremy (Tonya) Randall of Aiken, SC; 8 great nieces and nephews; 6 great, great nieces and nephews; and 11 grandchildren who called him Paw Paw.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a nephew, Keith Randall.
